On June 26th, a delegation from the University of Barcelona, Spain visited Zhejiang University. Prof. YU Luyang, deputy dean of College of Life Sciences, met with Prof. Francesc Cebria Sanchez. He is vice-dean of Quality, Innovation and Professionalization and Faculty of Biology, the University of Barcelona.
During the meeting, Prof. YU and Prof. Francesc introduced the progress in disciplines, scientific research, faculty and education of both colleges. Both exchanged ideas in regard to strengthening cooperation and looking forward to gradually carrying out student exchanges, academic seminars and laboratory cooperation on the basis of the cooperation agreement and student exchange agreement between the two universities.
